These terms govern every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them in full.

Products & prices

Our perfumes are made by hand in small batches. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are added at checkout (see our shipping page). We may change prices at any time, but you pay the price displayed when you order.

Orders & payment

Orders and payments are processed securely through our checkout provider (Shopify International Limited, handling checkout, payments and order management). We never store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment is accepted and a confirmation email is sent.

Delivery times and costs are detailed on our shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. However, in line with EU consumer law, this right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed. A perfume whose seal has been broken or which has been used cannot be returned. Unused, unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned; you bear the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@joussetparfums.com within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We respect your privacy and process personal data in line with the GDPR. The data controller is ATELIMAP (contact@joussetparfums.com).

What we collect

When you order, we collect the data needed to fulfil it: name, delivery and billing address, email, and order details. Payment is handled by our checkout provider; we do not receive your full card number.

Why, and on what basis

We use your data to process orders and provide support (performance of the sales contract), to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation), and, only with your consent, to send occasional news.

Who processes it

We share data only with the processors needed to run the shop: Shopify International Limited (checkout & payments), Vercel Inc. (hosting), and our carrier for delivery. They act on our instructions.

Retention & your rights

Order data is kept as long as required by tax law, then deleted. You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to processing by writing to contact@joussetparfums.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

We keep tracking to a minimum. Strictly necessary cookies are used by our checkout provider to let you shop and pay securely. Our 3D game stores your progress and a few preferences (such as your chosen hero and sound setting) locally in your browser; this data never leaves your device. We do not run advertising trackers.

The brand, names, texts, formulas, imagery, the game and all content on this site belong to ATELIMAP or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or reused without our written consent.
