Dispatch & delivery
Every order is poured, sealed and packed by hand, then shipped tracked with a link sent to your email. Once on its way, expect roughly 3 to 4 business days within the EU and 4 to 7 business days everywhere else. These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers and customs can add delay.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside Europe may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country. These are not included in the price or the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Perfume is a sealed, intimate product. Your rights of withdrawal and the conditions for returns are set out in our legal & terms page. If a bottle arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
